An intake interview covers your basic requirements. We will setup a standard Target Account Selling (TAS) environment and integrate it with your existing CRM system. After activation of the TAS application we provide a half day workshop for your salesforce to get acquainted with the Target Account Selling methodology and the application.
If your organization doesn't have CRM system yet, we can arrange for a 5-day quick start implementation of your CRM of choice. A certified partner will deliver the implementation based on the requirements that we discuss with you.
On-going optimization based on advancing insights
After the workshop a TAS consultant will be on-site for an agreed number of hours per month. He collects feedback and will coach your Sales while attending sales meetings and account reviews. We will submit our change proposals for approval by your organisation. A change report detailing the modifications to your CRM configuration will be attached to our monthly invoice for your records.
Small optimizations will be done by the on-site consultant. More complex modifications will be handled off-site by our certified CRM partners. Extreme customization requiring data migration or programming are also possible and will be quoted in seperate projects.
In addition to our on-site presence, your sales can enjoy unlimited email support on the use of the TAS methodology, the TAS application and your CRM environment.
